Le présent document définit les spécifications de l'étape 3 du service supplémentaire d'appel assuré par un régulateur (SS-CAD) pour le TETRA comme prévu par les opérateurs européens. L'étape 3 définit les protocoles des systèmes de signalisation pour mettre en oeuvre le service décrit dans les étapes 1 et 2. Les aspects des étapes 1 et 2 sont détaillés dans les EN 300392 10-6 et EN 300 392-11-6 respectivement. Les aspects relatifs aux services supplémentaires sont détaillés dans l'EN 300 392-9. Les principes de charges et l'Interface homme/machine (MMI) sont en dehors du domaine d'application du présent document. Le SS-CAD s'assure que des appels TETRA prédéterminés ne passent pas sans être d'abord autorisés par un expéditeur.
