Cette septième partie de l'EN 300 402 spécifie une suite d'essais abstraits (ATS) et la mise en oeuvre de protocole partiel d'Information supplémentaire pour évaluer (PIXIT) le pro-forma pour un utilisateur-réseau d'une interface de la couche de liaison de données numériques au point de référence T ou S coïncident et le point de référence T (comme défini par la Recommandation 1411 de l'UIT-T (9) de mises en oeuvre se conformant à la norme pour le protocole de la couche de liaison de données numériques général pour le pan-européen des services intégrés du réseau numérique à intégration de services (RNIS) au moyen du protocole pour système de signalisation d'abonné numérique numéro 1 (DSS1) et de l'EN 300 402-2 (1). L'EN 300 402-6 (3) spécifie structure de suite d'essais et objectifs de tests (TSS&TP) lié à cet ATS et à la spécification pro- forma partielle PIXIT.
