Describes general safety requirements for mini-couplers with a rated current of max 16 A and a rated voltage of 250 V a.c. single phase, applied for the connection or interconnection of mains supplied equipment in road vehicles, e.g. to supply electrical pre-heaters for engines, starter battery chargers and cab heaters.
