A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

Purpose of this agreement are: a) To provide for NATO nations an acceptable and uniform method for analyzing the date from tests on burning rates of solid rocket propellants in subscale motors. b) To promote the use and application of these methods as documented in Allied Ordnance Publication 58 (AOP-58), 'Methods for Analyzing Data from Tests Designed to Measure the Burning Rate of Solid Rocket Propellants with Subscale Motors.'
