Specifies performance requirements for ISDN X.25 bearer services. These requirements are designed to accommodate existing arrangements for providing ISDN X.25 bearer services, while establishing the goal of equivalent X.25 performance for both ISDN and PPSN services. These requirements are applicable to all ISDN X.25 bearer services, whether provided over a B or D channel.
