Defines Bellcore's view of proposed generic requirements for Selective Call Forwarding (SCF) for residential and small business business customers. SCF is an incoming call management feature numbers and a remote station. Incoming calls that are on the list will be forwarded to the remote station. This new issue provides changes in the procedures for activation deactivation and to screening list editing.
