Specifies the electrical and mechanical characteristics which ensure interchange ability of both 525 line - 60 field (NTSC) and 625 line - 50 field (PAL) systems, as a Standard for a twin head helical-scan video cassette recorder for both monochrome and colour television signals. Technically identical with and reproduced from IEC 843.
