This Standard applies to various types of commercial catering equipment intended for use with Natural Gas, Town Gas, Liquefied Petroleum Gas and Tempered Liquefied Petroleum Gas. Previously a number of Standards (11 in total) covered the range of commercial catering appliances Standard to cover all commercial catering appliances.
