Specifies service description and control aspects of the multi-rate circuit mode basic services encompassing channellized 384, 1536, 1920 kbit/s and non-channellized bearer services, which may be supported by a private integrated services network (PISN). It is one of a series of Standards applicable to PISN. This Interim Standard is identical with and reproduced from ISO/IEC DIS 11584:1994.
