1.1This specification covers nickel-aluminum ordered alloy castings intended for elevated-temperature applications such as heat-resisting alloy furnace rollers, supports, hangers, and so forth, in environments up to 2300 °F (1260 °C).
1.2The values stated in inch-pound units are to be regarded as standard. The values given in parentheses are mathematical conversions to SI units that are provided for information only and are not considered standard.
1.2.1The SI gage length for tension test specimens is in brackets and is considered standard.
