1.1This practice covers a procedure for the cleaning of materials and components used in systems requiring a high level of cleanliness, such as oxygen, by ultrasonic techniques.

1.2This practice may be used for cleaning small parts, components, softgoods, etc.

1.3The values stated in SI units are standard.

1.4This standard does not purport to address all of the safety concerns, if any, associated with its use.
