Describes requirements for flanged copper alloy screw-down stop valves from 15 to 400 mm nominal sizes of the following types used for water, air, oil or steam upto 120 degrees C: a) Globe stop valve known as screw down screw lift valve (SDSL valve); b) Angle stop valve known as screw down screw lift valve (SDSL RA valve); c) Globe stop and check valve known as screw down non-return valve (SDNR valve); and d) Angle stop and check valve known as screw down non-return valve (SDNR RA valve).
