Gives guidance for designers and the building construction team incorporating into new buildings, or alterations to existing buildings, measures that in the event of a fire, enable the safe evacuation of any disabled people. Applicable to all buildings except single-family dwelling houses, flats and maisonettes. it is not intended for application to a building used as a house in multiple occupation.
