Describes the conditions and methods of measurement used to ascertain the performance of digital microwave radio transmission systems, the equipment used in such and to facilitate the comparison of the results of measurements made by different observers. The methods are neither mandatory nor limiting. Intended for "type" and "acceptance" tests under simulated conditions and may be used for factory tests. Covers terms and definitions, conditions of measurement, standard test conditions, supplementary conditions for the power supply and measurements under conditions deviating from standard test conditions.
