Applicable to any non-EASA aircraft registered in the United Kingdom with a maximum take-off weight authorised not exceeding 2730 kg which has a Certificate of Airworthiness and which is operated and maintained in accordance with the airworthiness provisions of Part 3 of the Air Navigation Order 2009 ('the Order') applicable to private flight ('a specified aircraft').
