A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

Refers to cold applied liquid materials, that after they have been applied form elastomeric membranes which bond to the substrate. These materials include types which are intended to be used in horizontal and vertical applications or slopes, in places where the membrane will be protected when in service from traffic and sunlight.
