Proposes general requirements for structural design. It includes design procedures, function categories, reference to design actions (other parts of the series), combinations of actions, detailing for robustness, methods of analysis and methods for confirmation of a limit states design. This document has already been through the Public Comment process and it is issued only to enable proper understanding of the use of the Earthquake actions draft. Therefore, comment will be accepted only where it relates to the use of this proposed Standard with the proposed Earthquake actions Standard.
