Proposes requirements for maximum load, persons and power capacities and for reserve buoyancy, stability and general design features for power boats up to 15 m in overall length used solely for pleasure. A new method for quickly estimating the maximum number of persons which such pleasure boats can safely accommodate is included in an Appendix.
