Proposed technical changes to the current Standard include changes to the designations and dimensions of pin insulator units, changes to insulation withstand voltages to align with AS 1824.1, and the addition of requirements for string insulator units for use in polluted conditions. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
