Proposes the adoption of IEC 34-14:199X (Edition 2) (currently document IEC/2/940/FDIS, April 1996) to supersede AS 1359.50-1983. Proposes vibration procedures and limits for certain machines under specified conditions, when uncoupled from any load or prime mover.
