Index

Provides requirements for the design, installation, operation and maintenance of specified boiler furnaces, their fuel burning systems, and related control equipment. Applicable to boilers with fuel input of 12,500,000 Btuh (3663 Kw) or greater that use multiple burners firing fuel gas, fuel oil, or pulverized coat. Intended to prevent boiler explosions, implosions and other combustible hazards. Contains the criteria previously found in NFPA 85B, 85D, 85E and 85G.
