Sie richtet sich an alle Personen und Institutionen, die sich mit den oben genannten Verfahren befassen. Besonders richtet sie sich an den Sport-Einzelhandel. Sie gilt für eine Funktionseinheit Ski-Bindung-Schuh (S-B-S) für den alpinen Skilauf, von der mindestens ein Ausrüstungselement dem Benutzer gehört.
