A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

Describes a dynamic test for determining the cold strength of hot melt, extrusion, and adhesive seals used in flexible barrier materials having less than 100% elongation. This method does not measure seam continuity or other seam properties.
