This standard defines the procedures to perform the following on site measurements: - Measurement of the heat output of the heat generator; - Sampling and analysis of the combustion products; - Measurement of the temperature of the products of combustion and combustion air; - Measurement of the concentrations of oxygen (O2) or carbon dioxide (CO2) and carbon monoxide (CO); - Measurement of the smoke index (only for generators fed with liquid fuels); The standard also provides the rules for the calculation of the combustion efficiency.
