Thin-section fiber reinforced concrete is portland cement concrete or motor reinforced with dispersed, randomly oriented discrete fibers. Fibers can be metal, mineral, synthetic organic or natural organic. This symposium volume is a collection of 21 papers. The papers are divided into four parts: Part 1 synthetic fibers, Part 2 glass fibers. Part 3 steel fibers, Part 4 ferrocement and other thin-section composites.
