Provides a means of assessing the blocking resistance (resistance to sticking) of a latex paint surface when pressed against another surface for a prolonged period.

This Standard provides a procedure for assessing the ability of a paint finish to resist blocking, when the paint coating is placed in intimate contact with another surface, for a prescribed period under set temperature and pressure, and subsequently separated from that surface.
