A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

Specifies rules for conversion between the 58 characters of the CCITT alphabet No 2, used in telex services, and the 128 characters of the Australian Standard 7-bit coded character set. Technically identical with ISO 6936:1983.
