This Standard specifies the characteristics with which instrument systems and components of systems must comply when such systems and components are to be used for making measurements in accordance with AS 2670 and AS 2763. This Standard also provides guidance on preferred methods for making such measurements, and the calibration procedures for verifying the characteristics of measuring systems.
