Applies to cylinders fot eh storage and transport of hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, air, cool gas and any other gas which at a temperature of 15.6 degrees Celsius. (60 degrees F.) is not liquefied under a compression of 1,800 lb. per square inch.
