Defines a reasonable degree of personal safety for operators and other personnel during normal operating and servicing of agricultural and field equipment. Not applicable to skid steer loaders, permanently installed grain dryers and agricultural equipment covered by other safety standards, eg permanently installed farmstead equipment, portable grain augers and storage structures, unless referenced by other standards.
