1.1This specification covers the requirements for single wall and coextruded cellular core smooth-wall poly(vinyl chloride) conduit and fittings for underground communication and electrical power wire and cables. Plastics which does not meet the material requirements specified in Section 5 is excluded from single layer and all coextruded layers.
