Establishes limits and describes methods of measurement of the immunity of marine electrical and electronic or radio and produced by electrical, electronic or radio and radar equipment for marine installations. May be narrowband or broadband in nature. The limits and methods of measurement of the immunity of equipment to transient phenomena are specified. Specifies tests for determining the compliance of the equipment. Does not include tests for immunity of equipment to the effects of electrostatic discharges.
