Defines method for the determination of the total vitamin A (retinol) content of animal feeding stuffs and pet foods using high-performance liquid chromatography. Vitamin A is the content of all-trans-retinyl alcohol and cis-isomers and expressed in International Units per Kilogram (IU/Kg).
