Defines the standard reference conditions of temperature, pressure and humidity for use in measurements and calculations on natural gases, natural-gas substitutes and similar fluids. It is expected that the main use will be in international custody transfer, when the reduction to a common basis of those physical attributes of a gas describing quality and quantity will simplify world trade and commerce.
