Describes a method for the determination, by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), of the glass transition temperature, T[g], of process oils used in rubber compounding.

This International Standard specifies a method for the determination, by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), of the glass transition temperature, Tg, of process oils used in rubber compounding.

NOTE The same oils are used as extender oils for synthetic rubbers.
