FASC 3329 R La norma si applicano agli askarel che sono impiegati come liquidi dielettrici nei trasformatori, nei condensatori ed in altre apparecchiature elettriche. Askarel è un termine generico impiegato per designare una categoria di liquidi isolanti resistenti al fuoco. Al momento della pubblicazione della presente norma, essi sono costituiti da policlorobifenili (PCB) con o senza aggiunta di policlorobenzene.
