FASC 6600 E Questa parte della norma IEC 60297, si occupa delle funzionalità avanzate aggiunte ai sottotelai ed alle relative unità ad innesto con pannelli frontali in accordo con le IEC 60297-3, IEC 60297-4 ed IEC 60297-5-107. L'attivazione di questa funzionalità estesa a sottotelai e relative unità ad innesto, comporta la creazione di un nuovo tipo di sottotelaio ed unità ad innesto (incompatibile con IEC 60297-3 e -4). L'obiettivo della presente norma è di specificare le dimensioni dettagliate che consentono l'intercambiabilità dimensionale dei sottotelai e relative unità ad innesto con unità di inserimento/estrazione. Per le prove meccaniche e climatiche si deve far riferimento alla IEC 61587-1. La presente Norma viene pubblicata dal CEI nella sola lingua originale inglese, a causa della limitata utilizzazione, particolarmente mirata a settori specialistici.
