A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

Breather type sheathing membranes for use under the external finish on the outside of heated buildings as a secondary protective covering against the entry of moisture and wind. They are to provide draught and moisture resistant barriers that do not impede the passage of water vapor and therefore minimize the condensation of such vapor.
