This Standard is included in DIN Handbook 171. Apply to 90degree tees (Type T1), 90degree tees with a reduced branch (Type T2) and nozzles (Types S1 and S2) made of glass fibre reinforced plastics (GFK) on the basis of unsaturated polyester resins (UP resins) the laminate structure of which corresponds to that of Types A, B, D or E pipes (see Clause 3), and which meet the requirements specified in DIN 16966 Part 1.
