Diese Norm gilt für die Anwendung der Bildzeichen nach der Tabelle beim Verfilmen von Vorlagen alter Art (z.B. Schrifttum und Schriftgut) in zusammenhängender Folge auf Mikrofilm in Rollen oder auf Mikroplanfilm (Microfiche). Zweck dieser Festlegungen ist die sprachungebundene eindeutige Information des Mikrofilmlesers über den Zustand der Aufnahmeoriginale und die organisatorischen Umstände bei der Verfilmung. Anmerkung: Für die Verfilmung von gesetzlich aufbewahrungspflichtigen Unterlagen sind die geltenden Grundsätze des Bundesministers für Wirtschaft und Finanzen (z.Z. vom 1. Februar 1984, Bundessteuerblatt 1984 Teil 1 S. 155 bis 157 [1]) zu beachten.
