    Diese Abnahmeregeln gelten für die folgenden Arten von Treibmittelvakuumpumpen 1) in denen Treibmittel mit Dampfdrücken niedriger als 1 mbar 2) bei Raumtemperatur von 20 grad C verwendet werden: Diffusionspumpen, Dampfstrahlvakuumpumpen, im folgenden kurz Pumpe genannt.
