Applies to welded-stem thermocouple thermometers and resistance thermometers that are primarily designed for use in liquids and gases. The material of the protecting tube shall be selected on the basis of the medium to be measured. The loading capacity shall comply with the specifications given in Figures 5, 6 and 7 of the March 1986 edition of DIN 43763.
