A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

Specifies a method of determining calcium oxide in aluminosilicates for use in fine ceramics, in concentrations by mass of 0,01% to 20%. The method is also applicable to oxidic raw materials (such as feldspar, kaolin and clay) for use in ceramics (cf. DIN 51083-1).
