Describes methods of determining the thermal resistance of building elements on the basis of the thermal resistance, 1/delta g, determined in accordance with DIN 52611-1. The values obtained can be used for design purposes in building applications or to provide proof that the thermal insulation requirements as specified in DIN 4108-2 are fulfilled.
