This standard is included in DIN Handbook 384/2. Specifies the geometry and method of use of nozzles, orifice plates and Venturi tubes and when they are inserted in a conduit running full to determine the flow rate of the fluid flowing in the conduit. Also gives the necessary information for calculating the flow rate and its associated uncertainty. Also includes detailed definitions.
