This standard is included in DIN Handbook 55. Defines requirements for tempered metric thread rolling screws and case hardened. Thread rolling screws produce female threads which fit ISO general purpose metric screw threads, ranging from 2 mm up to and including 12 mm nominal thread diameter, used in general engineering applications.
