Proposes the acceptance of ISO 2743:1996 as an Australian Standard. ISO 2743 specifies a method of test for determining the resistance of surfaces of vitreous and porcelain enamels of containers and chemical equipment to condensing azeotropic hydrochloric acid vapour. Copies of ISO 2743 may be purchased from or viewed at Standards Australia offices.
