Proposes the adoption of ISO/IEC 13818-4:1998, Amendment 1:1999, Amendment 2:2000, Amendment 3:2000 and Technical Corrigendum 2:1998, which specifies how test can be designed to verify whether bitstreams and decoders meet requirements specified in Parts 1, 2 and 3 of ISO/IEC 13818. Copies of ISO/IEC 13818-4:1998, Amdt 1:1999, Amdt 2:2000, Amdt 3:2000 and Corr.2:1998 text can be viewed at or purchased from Standards Australia or Standards New Zealand head office. Proposed as a Joint Australian/New Zealand Standard.
