The Draft includes proposed test methods, and design requirements for test equipment, when using a vehicle bodyshell or a support frame for prototype development or conformity of production testing. Packaging, marking, and installation instruction details are included. Provision is made for the concurrent fitting of child restraint devices in a vehicle.
