Proposes construction, dimensions and tests for cables insulated with thermoplastic material (including PVC). The proposed revision includes the replacement of V75 and V90 insulated cables in Table 12, for use in buildings, by V105 insulated and 3V-90 sheathed cables, with reduced sheath thicknesses.
